While teaching figure illustration to teens, I worked up this illustration of my husband Bill giving his all in a local race. It's one thing to draw a pretty picture of someone, quite another to capture an emotion!

This is a little street in the town of my brother-in-law. My family fell in love with this place, especially in the early morning, sitting outside a cafe with a cafe au lait and a choco croissant!
